Victor Tanzig's Stories of Sodor Seasons 1 and 2
When it comes to Stories of Sodor, both the first 2 seasons of this series by Victor Tanzig are very unsatisfying & bad in specific ways. Especially even if it was his early work. That doesn't, though, mean that all of it isn't flawless, as several of the episodes have completely bad plots.
