This isn't about mechanic difficult, rather the difficulty in beating the timer from middle m+ and above. Plaguefall = hardest Spires = Spear can fuck over group. Mid bosses can have some tight moments. DoS = Hard-hitting trash. Sanguine = camera + bugs Mists = tight timer Necro = simple after 1st
