Primarch Fighting Skill/Warriors
POST-HERASY/Daemon Primarch not included because Chaos Amps Don't make them more skilled just more Powerful, If Anything they Became Worse in that regard so i could still Rank them but It would be difficult to decide on how much worse they are or If in a few cases It's still more or less the same
