Underrated and Overrated Factions
I elected to make my own list based on popular opinion of the various factions as compared to my own experience with them. Russia is fine; the Moors are overlooked. Rarely do England or the Eastern Romans amount to much, but the size of Portugal\'s empire commonly surprises me.
