TABS units rate on how usefull they are in campaign
i rated units on how they usefull they are for their price and whether they have alternatives and how easy it is to replace them with a more effective unit (the closer a unit is to the end of tier is means that unit barely fitting in that tier and closer to the top is almost one tier better)
