Best Vehicles in Simpsons Hit and Run

Based on the combined stats for each vehicle on Simpsons Hit and Run, if two cars have the same total stats, the higher individual stat takes priority (same for the 2nd best stat etc). If they are still the same, then the car which becomes available earlier in the game will take priority.
