SVC Chaos Super Plus (2020)
My opinion on what SVC Chaos looks like from a competitive standpoint (Super Plus) in 2020. I think top 10 is very hard to dispute aside from Kim's placement. The characters in the middle are the most debatable, but the lower tiers seem to be in the right spots. Left is strongest, right is weakest.
