SVC Chaos Character Difficulty
Self-explanatory, ranks characters based on how hard they are to play and do well with. Not ordered within tier, just a general summary to how hard the given character is to play as. What may be difficult for one person is easy for another, but I feel these are recommended guidelines if you're new.
