SVC Chaos No-Bosses
So let's say, hypothetically, you're playing SVC Chaos without bosses allowed, or you have no access to them otherwise. While most don't play this way anymore, I thought it'd be fun to gauge the game's meta if bosses were turned off. Mostly the same as my regular tier list with some modifications.
