Power Level

Made a power level tier list using mostly official story sources. It's not 100% accurate, cuz it's impossible to do so, but I would say it's more or less spot on. I skipped a big chunk of SNK characters cuz I mostly wanted to focus on KOF,FF and AOF, adding SS and others would be too much of a mess.
