Character Viability

Tiers C and D are unviable, meaning their strengths are better exhibited in other characters. S tier is godlike. A tier is really good and is capable of winning a major tournament if they get a good bracket. Characters in B tier can be solo mained, but are extremely unlikely to win a major.
