My RoR2 Item's (Artifacts 2.0)
I based a lot of things on how they interact with other items (Due to Death Mark one chronobauble is now VERY viable.), I also rated items based on their rarity, and overall type of item they are. (For example, Harvester Scythe is a healing type, and it's probably the best healing in the game.)
