This is not a tier list, it is a list by faction. It is a mix of good rares, including S-tier rares such as Frozen Banshee and Coldheart, as well as rares used for fusions. The fusion rares are the ones I need personally, and do not include all fusion rares. Rhazin fusion is not shown.
