Moon in C is loww E tier if you aren't a Security Guard. Can recurrently wake unable to re-sleep but close to the sleep-penalty state as well. Underweight is garbage on Athletic as fit 9 is ~50% MORE power than the 3 fit from base 5 to 8 on non-block-max builds. Works with the 2 fit occupations.
