Con Worker nerfed from 1st to 4th. Park Ranger huge buffs. Police Officer small technical buff. Carpenter nerfed a few spots down. Mechanic buffs a few spots up. Doctor is new worst Occupation. Welder also got worse (mechanic welding) but not by as much. Veteran buffed by a medium-large amount.
