I created this tier list in the first place, so it's only natural I get to take a stab at it. Remember, this is only my opinion, and I won't judge if some characters are ranked lower on your tier lists. Unless you call Lolo a failure or call Klonoa a Sonic rip-off, in which case, die- /j
