My Tier after playing Undertale and watching Glitchtale
Of course it's my opinion, but I was guided by: 1. Emotional state of a character in moment showed on picture. 2. A number of abilities the character can use. If you ask me why GenocideChara is the best, its because they can ERASE the world. Asriel isn't that evil to do, and "hate Chara" isn't LV 20
