Bless Jab Infinite Stagger
Bless has an infinite with is basically 6PPP (or forward PPP) into block cancel and repeat the process. This tier list basically shows how many hits it takes for each character until Bless gets them in a stagger animation. Note: this is based off of 0 momentum for Bless and the opponent.
