ScouSin's Super Degenerate Green/Purple/Red PC Killer
This tier list is based on the killer's ability to get sacrifices through normal play on PC at green/purple/red ranks, with average expected add-ons. Also based around no excessive tunneling and camping, and everyone on both sides has T3 perks available.
