This ranking is heavily based on Stealth being 3 or less and the rest being how fast the toons can go (ex: Flyte\'s ability can give him 5-star speed for up to 13 seconds) (Dandy and Dyle are ranked where they are because they have 5 star speed but 5 star stealth.)
