My personal opinion fix
I realized Shippy (Solid) and Puphead (Can be annoying) were missing. All phases are rated assuming that they are played in the hardest combination possible, for example in Sugarland Shimmy, all 5 of the phase 1 - 3 goons are rated as if they were to be played in phase 3.
