At least my take on it, having played it a lot since release. [S+] - Can assume basically any role. [S] - Can do more than their assigned role well. [A] - Can do their assigned role well. [B] - Struggles vs higher tiers. [C] - Struggles in general. [D] - Can barely do their assigned role.
