Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ Items

This is my tier list for the items in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+. Typically I will take all items from tiers S through C with little hesitation as a regular pedastal items. If they require a cost (i.e. coins at the shop or heart containers in the devil rooms), I may hesitate more on C tier.
