Wyler, Kasumi, Wang, and Sinclair are pretty much immovable. While Ryo is placed #2, you could make the argument that Jin is still better because Ryo's frame data is among the worst in the game (not the worst). Middle 5 interchangeable. More info: https://wiki.gbl.gg/w/Art_of_Fighting_3/FAQ
