My Honest Opinion

Guns, Science and Speech at 100 alone can get you through the entire game no problem. Energy weapons and explosives are way more fun late game, Barter at 100 doesn't give you that much advantage except for certain rare speech checks, survival is only useful in hardcore mode, perks and s-checks.
