I'm ranking these based off the episodes from that decade only. Excised shows that I hadn't watched, or had weird vendetta's against (i.e. Shaun the Sheep). I'd like to have had The Saturday Show as a stand-in for being mediocre tbh. Consider that one to be at the end of the mid tier.
