Thomas Season 9 Episodes Ranked
I feel bad for placing "Toby Feels Left Out" lower because this episode's story is for one, actually good. And two, the moral itself is good, too. And given my recent revisit on "Henry and the Flagpole", I don't think it's really one of Season 9's worst anymore, so it's going to the mid section.
