Calamity Mod 1.4 Town members and themes

Since I was unable to find a list that included Calamity and vanilla NPCs, the Old Man represents the Drunk Princess, Skeleton Merchant represents the Bandit, the Traveling Merchant represents Amidias, and Santa represents Permafrost. Calamitas isn't here because I don't expect to get her.
