My opinion about these locomotives
Here is my tier list on the locomotives in personally rank. I put the ACS-64 and Siemens Charger in the best category since those are my favorite trains. I put the HHP-8 between Don't care or best, it may change over times. I put the trains i knew the least in the whatever or don't care category.
