Ordered for SSBC 0.9.4 (revised)
Made a second tier list for 0.9.4. Many characters could be better or worse, because I don't play everyone. This is a general feeling on how good characters are. Still though, I'm not sure who's the best in the game (all of top 5 could be changed). But feel free to say what your opinion is on this.
