Ranking is based on individual (not team) Regular and Post season performance. every player is ranked by order in each tier (ex. If shai is the first player in the 1-5 tier that means he's ranked no 1 in that tier). If a player plays less than 55 games than I don't believe he should be ranked (pretty self explanatory).
