Abilities (4.0.2)

For all 5 modes and 4v4’s in general, accounts for all weapons. Some abilities don’t mesh with each other, same with weapons and abilities combined (ex.: QR & SDU, RSU & Carbon, IA & Eliter Scope). Ability Doubler works in extremely rare cases (still works) due to how calculations work.
