Sonic.exe the disaster definitive tierlist
Just a tierlist based on the characters overall and a definitive tierlist since the game has been cancelled to remember and clarify the best and worst characters till the now end (also this is made in a more critical way and before 1.4, so im not counting new abilities that were going to be added)
