Sonic Forces: Speed Battle - Characters (Y41 - BounceLad)
My ranking of the the SFSB Characters. For me, this is if the Common/Rare/Super Rare are all Level 12, and if the Specials are Level 6 (and only compared against other Specials). Stats aren't in consideration (Speed, etc...).
