Shadow the Hedgehog level .

Drastically changed the list as I played the game 300+ times. Not sure why I didn't have Space Gadget in the great tier even though its objectively one of the best levels in the game. Gave Lost Impact its own tier because its that bad of a level, even when playing it multiple times.
