list is arranged in order of: -stun power, mobility(time is an exception since it can steal other abilities) -buffs, debuffs/status effect/DOT, overall damage, ability AOE, turrets(?), hit through walls(?). -cooldowns, general usability such as how functional the element\'s abilities are in pvp.
