costumes must come after toons... oh boy am i gonna piss the 3 cheer bear shelly fans off with this one.. (being in overrated but good tier doesnt mean its a bad skin, i could love it or hate it, but its sheer popularity just makes me feel as if it deserves a tier separated from my opinion)
