demand and rarity
rsp and rtw are a tier higher than the other shinies bc they have way higher demand than the others, i’d rather put some shinies in a lower tier bc no one wants them but that would put them in the same tier as 2% stands. ge and vge are higher than others because they have super high demand for pvp.
