Created on: 5/10/2022 by Dark xZer0x. Tier List created based on True DPS values of each class weapon and their respective BiS talents. True DPS = DPS * (TimeTillReload / (TimeTillReload + Reload Time)). Values used here are with an assumption of 50% of all shots being headshots.
