My One Punch Man Powerscaling and Threat-scaling
I\'m ranking them based on how strong they are, and how much of a threat they would be to the world of One Punch Man. Yes, I know that Casual Saitama is stronger than 4th form Monster Garou, but Garou would be more threatening to the world, as Saitama wouldn\'t really want to destroy a whole city.
