One Piece antagonists
the hype/hate around some of these guys impacted my opinions a bit. Also it's only as antagonists, not as characters as a whole. Like I like Wapol being brought back, but he sucked as a villain, and I LOVE Buggy (and many others here) as a character, but I can't say he was a *perfect* antagonist
