Pokemon starter final evolution

I don't take in account power, but only design and concept.desing should looks cool and endearing . While I have nothing against humanoid designs, I hate pokemon with a human personnality. The concept should be cool and hype, something you wouldn't see in the real wolrd while still looking "viable".
