Pokemon Platinum In-Game

A list of Pokemon based on how fun and strong I believe them to be in the game Pokemon Platinum. The order within a tier doesn't have much thought put into it, admittedly. Also, I would personally rate Pikachu slightly higher than Raichu due to Light Orb.
