GSC VC competitive

I did that off the top of my head, there might be a few mistakes. I did not bother ordering withing Tiers, aside from Snorlax being #1, even ahead of the Ubers. Some big differences from standard GSC like Vaporeon not being A tier due to not having access to Growth, which is a NYPC move.
