Pokemon DEX tierlist
This a tierlist only on how good the new pokemon in each generation are overall. High tiers might still have plenty of bad pokemon, and the other way around. But it is the dex overall. Pokemon that get evo\'s later don\'t count for the pokemon in the original gen. Haunchcrow doesn\'t fix Merkrow
