PBF PVP TIER LIST
This is a tierlist for PBF, please note these pokemon are ranked assuming they have the correct ability(ha too), perf EVS&IVS, perf hp(if needed), correct moveset, etc. Pokemon that are missing moves/abilities from higher gens (or not added yet) are obviously ranked lower for now.
