All Pokemon Shiny

This tier list is based on colors that fit the majority of the pokemon, I made a separate tier for all the "retro" green pokemon because there's an abundance of them, they aren't bad per say, but they aren't exactly good, so that's why they're above the worst tier list. This is subject to change
