Gen 3 Living Dex Playthrough Tierlist

A Ranking to all the Pokemon I used through all 7 Gen III Games (RSE, FRLG, Colo/XD) for my Living Dex. This is more so how I felt about all them by the end, as the 'mons within the tiers are ordered & while there's a power ranking as the ones up-top are more viable, none except Mawile stink.
