PVZ 2 Reflourished Costume Tierlist (BWB+LC+DA)
I'm lumping three worlds together now as opposed to two, since a lot of the post-DA Plants don't have nearly as many costumes as the Tutorial-DA Plants. Next will be the NMT-MD Plants, than the HM+SA Plants, then capping things off with the Epic Quest/Realm and Shop Plants.
