S tier just for Character, tomes and weapons. (you can choose black hole or tornado on last slot).Main items in A tier. Cactus + Kevin + Thorns Tome is a start. Toxic Barrel + Gas Mask gives as alot of armor and overheal. Spiky Shield give us more dmg from our armor, so we need it more then 1.
